Born in 1969 in Moscow. 1987-96: studied architecture at the Moscow Architectural Institute and the SciArc (Wolf Prix studio) in Los Angeles. 1995: invitation by Bart Goldhoorn to collaborate in launching Project Russia magazine, on architecture and urbanism. Since then free-lance art- and architectural critic, initiated numerous exhibitions and conferences. Created the media design for the weekly Russian TV-programme Architectural Gallery.
Alexander Sverdlov

Born in 1971 in Moscow. Studied at the Moscow Architectural Institute. 1996: Master Degree. 2002: Master Degree at the Berlage Institute Rotterdam, supervised by Elia Zenghelis. 1993-2000: worked in various architectural offices in Moscow. Since 2002 concultant in the Neutelings-Riedijk architectural office, Rotterdam.
